Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns on jewelry orders, as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. However, we are more than happy to provide exchanges or store credit!

Keep in mind that exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanged items must be unworn. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing of return orders.

All sale items and custom jewelry orders are final.

Promo codes and discount codes will not be applied to orders that have been processed and/or on previous orders. 

Please note that pieces that are made with natural stones, know that size, shape and color may vary. 

If you received a damaged item(s) in the mail, please contact us immediately with your name, order number, and photos of damaged item(s).
